The Sun Books for Schools

We have signed up with The Sun Books for Schools to try to receive a FREE box of books containing more than 100 titles, worth £600.  WE need your help to collect 3,500 tokens from copies of the Sun  from Saturday 23rd November until Saturday 18th January.

Please ask any friends and family who read The Sun to collect the tokens.  We have the option of joining with Shobdon, and possibly other local schools, to see if we can reach the target!

Thank you.

School Open today – Friday

The roads are all clear – school is open.  Don’t forget to wear something sporty for Children in Need for a donation of £1.  We also have lots of Pudsey wristbands for sale in the office, £1 each.

Friday 15th November

The road through Luston has remained flooded all day. The situation will be reviewed in the morning and parents will be notified by text and on the Herefordshire Council website if the school is to remain closed. Fingers crossed it stops raining and all the water disappears overnight just as quickly as it appeared!

Thursday 14th November – school will be closed today due to flooding on the road into Luston.  Hopefully the road will be clear tomorrow.
