Various
skills are taught and a variety of media used throughout the school.
We teach techniques. Children are provided with opportunities to visit art galleries, examine
critically the work
of professional artists and sculptors and to learn about their lives and
influences. Above all, they
will learn to perceive the world about them with ever greater accuracy and
detail. The relationship of
art with the rest of the curriculum is recognised and developed. We
are making progress with the purchase of resources to enhance pupils'
learning.
